I added that last part because I know, & have met far more Australians while living here that feel exactly the same as I do about the "Laws".......some are fellow NRA members too........some since meeting me, & some before. You obviously don't met a lot of people, in Bumbugger Vic. Plus having you attack gun laws doesn't hurt my feelings. It tends to make me proud of my country for doing something you attack. Good for you......don't ever change........always be proud of your Country.......I am of mine.....both of them too!
Laws.......now that's be a whole 'nuther kettle o' fish!!! http://33sm.net16.net/smileys/2ndAmendment.gif You should watch 4 Corners tonight Panther, could be a good one for you. Can I ask you a question?

The 1996 reforms prohibited ordinary Australians from owning automatic and semi-automatic firearms, and pump-action shotguns.
Of the millions of guns currently in circulation, "the great bulk" are legal, said Associate Prof Alpers.
Last year, the government estimated that about 260,000 were illegal or unlicensed firearms, including 10,000 semi-automatic handguns.
A national amnesty targeting the "grey market" - unregistered guns that were kept by households after 1996 - retrieved more than 57,000 firearms last year.
Based on the above, even if the numbers might not be absolutely 100% correct, the amount of illegal firearms....including many semi-automatics......based on the above, do you still think that the 1996 Firearm Reforms are 100% responsible for those firearms out there, not being used in a mass murder since 1996 -- ?
I'd just like your honest answer regarding your firm beliefs on my statement, & the Reforms.......
If you do....why?
If you don't....why not?
