No more road and belt project for Victoria.

On one hand I agree about stopping such an immensely expensive project, on the other hand, I must say, the roads in China are absolutely magnificent. Would have loved our roads as good as theirs.

Well yes, quite agree....At $1.5 trillion is was going to cost.... but I bet there would be a budget blowout and end up being double that.

I don’t understand Dan A how set his mind was on it (more like set in concrete).... and fought vehemently with the PM over it.

I do feel relief about the deal now torn up....might increase racial/political tensions.... now we just need to get our own council road workers making sure our roads stay good.

In Queensland I note how roadworks and improvements happen a lot, and Qld’s roads are better than our Vic roads.

Maybe we should get Queenslanders down here to improve our roads in place of what may have been Chinese dominated!
