Incorrect argument about High crimes – there is no crime called abuse of power. This relies on the incorrect it has been charged in every prior impeachment.

proposition that it needs to be a crime – Over 90% have always said this is wrong this included a number of current republicans including Bill Barr and Lindsey Graham.

Talk about partisan impeachment – the republican super control over their politicians and their lack of integrity is the only reason it is partisan.

Lies about the non-transcript – redacted edited call notes.

Then to the fake Biden case and Ukraine against the Trump campaign.

Gumbyani is blaming Biden etc of going to the Ukraine to find evidence on Trump? Who in their right mind thinks that the Ukraine had the goods on Trump??? Nutty allegations.

Back to Biden sacking the prosecutor with lies again. They forget that it was following state department policy widely supported by other nations.

Executive privilege:
He claims that trump told his aids? No – not true he told everyone across several departments. This is outside of executive privilege. Gumby stalled at this comment - he knew that he had to word it carefully the problem is that in wording the statement correctly meant that it was out of step with the situation.

Claiming that Donald Trump is not entitled to a defence – another lie. In fact the Democrats have said all along that they would like to see it yet not one single witness can support Trumps actions - zero.

Schiff held secret proceedings. – No another lie. Secret proceedings where 100 republicans were entitled to participate do not form a very convincing secret, I suspect leaks.

In comparing Schiff to McCarthy Giuliani has shown that he is a grub.

Thing is there has been no claim of executive privilege. All we have is an edict by Trump that his people must ignore the subpoenas. We also have a claim of 'absolute privilege,' which is a novel claim debunked in lower Courts.

This whole circus is about the threat to the power of the Democrats and their Masters! The real problem is that the GOP will not fight under the same rules as the Dems. Strange. The Democrats are trying to play by the rules of the most recent precedent, the impeachment of Bill Clinton.

Now given the Republicans allowed Witnesses on Clinton, including Clinton himself, why won't they do it for Mr Trump?

If you could explain why the Republicans won't follow their own rules, Mort, it would be great.

The Dems cannot find an actual instance of "abuse of power" - except innuendo, allegations and smear. No facts and no evidence.

Contempt of Congress is a charge they invented - unless they no longer hold the constitution as a lawful document. Which means they've broken their oath and are acting illegally.

The Dems are the ones guilty of abuse of power in their manic attempt to unseat a duly elected President. Their lack of moral boundaries is obvious.
