I disagree - Not unless the Democrats are totally insane.

They proved what Trump did.  There is at least grounds for one.

You're not supposed to talk to them, Dnarever, you have to send them BACK TO WHERE THEY CAME FROM.

Best to employ a professional. They have the right equipment. Yes, they may stare these devils down with the sheer light of reason, but they do need their tools.

2nd Schiff Committee Staffer Linked to Think Tank Funded by Burisma: Report

One day, Rep. Adam Schiff may come to symbolize the Washington swamp.

He’s been the main ringmaster of the “impeachment inquiry” circus attacking President Donald Trump in the nation’s Capitol.

He failed to fully disclose his staff’s contact with the “whistleblower” who helped spark that inquiry.

And now, according to Breitbart,
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/11/26/second-adam-schiff-staffer-linked-...

it turns out Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee has at least two staffers with ties to a think tank partially funded by Burisma Holdings — the Urkraine energy company that paid an obscene amount of money to Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, mainly while Biden was the Obama administration’s point man for Ukraine policy.

And one of those staffers is reportedly a friend of Eric Ciaramella, the man suspected of being the “whistleblower” behind the whole impeachment effort.

According to a Breitbart report Tuesday, Intelligence Committee staffer Sean Misko signed on with the Democrat-run panel in August, about the time the “whistleblower” filed a complaint with the intelligence community inspector general about a phone call between Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to Breitbart, Misko in 2015 was a “millennium fellow” for the Atlantic Council, a think tank partially funded by Burisma Holdings, which has become infamous for its connection to Hunter Biden.

Burisma paid Hunter Biden a $50,000 per month salary to serve on its board from April 2014 to April 2019.

Misko is the second Intelligence Committee staffer to have ties to the Atlantic Council, according to Breitbart. Thomas Eager, another member of the Intelligence Committee staff, is currently a fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Congressional Fellowship, a program that “educates staff on current events in the Eurasia region.”

And just to dig a little bit deeper into the swamp:

During the 2016 election year, according to Breitbart, other funders of the Atlantic Council included Google, liberal billionaire George Soros’ Open Society network, and the law firm of Perkins Coie, which represented the Hillary Clinton campaign in hiring Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that produced the Steele dossier. Small world, huh?

In October, Breitbart reported that Eager was part of an Atlantic Council trip to Ukraine in August that included a meeting with acting Ambassador to Ukraine Bill Taylor, who in November was a key witness in Schiff’s impeachment hearings.

That trip took place 10 days after the “whistleblower” complaint was filed, Breitbart reported.

If that wasn’t all chummy enough, it sounds like Misko and Eric Ciaramella, the suspected “whistleblower,” were on very friendly terms, according to Breitbart.

Before working for the House Intelligence Committee, Misko was the director for the Gulf States at the National Security Council from 2015 to mid-2018, according to the Washington Examiner.

At the time, Ciaramella, who is now an analyst with the CIA, was also a part of the NSC.

The men had “had similarly antagonistic attitudes toward the Trump administration and were witnessed by a former National Security Council official, like Ciaramella, a nonpolitical appointee, to frequently be around one another,” the Washington Examiner reported.

So, Schiff has already acknowledged that his staff’s contacts with the so-called “whistleblower” were closer than he let on.

If Ciamarella really is the “whistleblower” — and attorneys for the “whistleblower” have never denied it — then it sounds like those contacts were closer than previously reported.

“My understanding was that they were friendly with one another,” a former NSC official, described as “senior” to Ciaremella, told the Washington Examiner. “They would walk around the halls. Get lunch together and stuff like that.”

Hunter Biden Claims He’s In Debt, Unemployed with No Monthly Income as He Fights His Baby Mama Lunden Roberts in Child Support Lawsuit

by Cristina Laila November 30, 2019 364 Comments

...

Hunter Biden is demanding his financial records are kept secret in his ongoing child support lawsuit filed by his baby mama Lunden Roberts.

Biden’s lawyers filed a motion for a Protective Order in the Arkansas Circuit Court of Independence on Wednesday and argued that they want to spare their client “public embarrassment, annoyance, undue prejudice, and/or oppression.”

Hunter had a child with 28-year-old Lunden Roberts after meeting her at a DC strip joint where she worked as a stripper and she is not being compliant — she is demanding a hefty child support payment!

Lunden Roberts is demanding Biden pay $11,000 in legals fees in addition to child support and she is refusing to agree to his terms.

Hunter Biden claimed in a sworn statement that he is currently in debt, unemployed with no monthly income.

‘In an effort to demonstrate to this court my good faith, I attest that I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,’ Biden’s statement reads.

Via The Daily Mail:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7740665/Hunter-Biden-requests-Protectiv...

‘The likelihood that [Biden’s] private records will be used in an inappropriate or malicious manner for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with these proceedings is exceedingly high and should not be tolerated by the court,’ the filing reads.

Any such disclosures, Biden’s attorneys claim, would furthermore cause their client ‘undue prejudice, annoyance, embarrassment, and/or oppression.’

‘Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the parties involved in this matter, it is in the interest of justice and necessary for a Protective Order to be in place,’ Biden’s attorney Dustin McDaniel states.

While Roberts – who is demanding Biden pay her $11K in legal fees in addition to child support – is said to agree that a Protective Order is appropriate, she has so far refused to fully commit to the current terms demanded by Biden, despite his ‘best efforts’ to secure her acquiescence.

In addition to the Protective Order, Biden is also requesting an upcoming December 2 hearing be delayed until a decision on the order is made, adding that he has been so far been unable to complete an affidavit of his financials.

In a signed sworn statement, Biden claims he has been unable to complete the mandatory requirement because he currently lacks the information to do so.

‘In an effort to demonstrate to this court my good faith, I attest that I am unemployed and have had no monthly income since May 2019,’ Biden’s statement reads.

The former Ukraine energy executive goes on to admit he has incurred ‘significant debts’, partially caused by his April 2017 divorce to Kathleen Biden, which are currently being calculated by his accountants and will be disclosed to the courts as soon as possible.

‘For the aforementioned reasons, I cannot complete an Affidavit of Financial Means at the time,’ he claims.

While Roberts and Biden continue to negotiate the specific terms of the order, should agreement be found, all financial information disclosed by both the defendant and plaintiff during the proceedings will remain entirely confidential.

Hunter Biden was paid millions of dollars sitting on the board of Burisma Holdings and other positions provided by his VP daddy Joe in various pay-to-play schemes — perhaps he shouldn’t have blown all the money on crack and strippers.

...

‘The likelihood that [Biden’s] private records will be used in an inappropriate or malicious manner for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with these proceedings is exceedingly high and should not be tolerated by the court,’ the filing reads.

WHY IS HUNTER SO DESPERATE TO KEEP HIS FINANCIAL RECORDS SEALED ????

Trump won't redefine "pain" but the GOP Senate will redefine "bribery" and thus Trump will not be impeached.

What’s next in the Senate if the House impeaches Trump

The Senate impeachment trial, explained.

By Li Zhouli@vox.com  Nov 26, 2019, 7:50am EST

...

The impeachment spotlight is currently on the House — where the Intelligence Committee just wrapped a series of blockbuster hearings laying out evidence against President Donald Trump — but the action is very quickly set to move to the Senate.

If the House ultimately approves articles of impeachment, a Senate trial — where lawmakers will decide whether or not to convict Trump of the charges he faces — is up next.

At this point, a Senate conviction is incredibly unlikely: 67 senators would need to vote in favor of it, a move that would require 20 Republicans to join with the 47-member Democratic caucus and break with the president.

Senate Republicans, however, still intend to hold a trial and do not plan to dismiss the articles outright, partly because they don’t have the votes to do so. In order to table the articles, lawmakers would need 51 votes, a majority that counts on nearly every Republican voting in favor of this action. Trump himself has also said that he’d like the opportunity to present arguments in his own defense: “Frankly, I’d like a trial,” he noted recently during a Fox & Friends appearance.

That's true. And Mr Trump was having an affair with Stormy Daniels.

But that Hunter Biden's the worst. Producing a child out of wedlock - a little bastard. Not even married. What depths of moral depravity will this man not sink to?

I blame the parents. If I was his father I would have put him over my knee for a jolly good spanking - possibly an insertion with a vibrating plastic object.

Dear one?

Chairman Nadler Sends White House and Republicans More Deadlines for Fast-track December Impeachment Effort…

Posted on November 30, 2019 by sundance
Candidate Trump was framed for stealing a horse; President Trump was subsequently accused of trying too hard to avoid hanging for it. Prosecutor Mueller eventually conceded that Trump didn’t steal the horse; however, by then the focus was on Trump’s efforts to avoid the hanging.  Eventually Mueller testified; it surfaced there was never a horse to begin with… Impeachment was stalled.   Prosecutor Jerry Nadler is attempting to resurrect a legal theory that President Trump can still be hung for attempting to avoid the hanging, even if there was no horse theft.   Yup, that’s were we’re at.

Earlier Friday House Judiciary Committee (HJC) Chairman Jerry Nadler sent another letter to the White House outlining a December 6th deadline for executive participation in the coup by impeachment.  The chairman also sent ranking member Doug Collins a similar letter asking for rebuttal witnesses by December 6th.  In anticipation of Nadler denying the republican rebuttal witnesses he has scheduled a committee hearing on the republican complaints for December 9th [yes, same day as IG Horowitz report release].

Both of these requests, along with the prior “groundwork hearing” request, come from the HJC before the judiciary committee has received the House Impeachment Inquiry report from Adam Schiff’s HPSCI partisan impeachment committee.  Apparently the HJC knows the report content from Schiff’s committee; which means there will be no full committee review by any republican members of the bunker basement impeachment group.
