That's not in Bulgaria. Looks like Somalia or India. The gypsy hood in Stolipinovo, Plovdiv doesn't have this style of architecture. It's mainly communist blocs, not something like that. Plus pikeys are dark brown, not fully black.

I do try to be witty at times.... on another forum (old people's one) some say they are refreshed to have someone with a little of the good old Australian wit posting stuff ... bush Aussies have always had a neat turn of phrase.... once an art form.... derived from the huge Irish/Scottish heritage out there...
