Both Jesus and John the Baptist, and scripture,      underline the fact, that God's forgiveness of sins, is dependent upon personal repentance for wrongdoing, and upon an effort to change our ways.

Are Christians commanded to, and do Christians have a religious obligation,
to forgive everyone unconditionally, and to forgive, everyone, without any qualification ?

to forgive even persons who ARE unrepentant murderers, and persons who are    planning-to-be    unrepentant murderers ?
