They never take that next step, do they? Voter backlash. Minorities screaming 'racism!' The luvvies wringing their hands and decrying that it's 'discriminatory' and 'unfair'.

Collateral Damage.

A certain degree of negative fall-out from ANY new initiative has to be expected. WWI and WWII were won on the understanding that many civilian lives would be lost as part of collateral damage. Same with Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Abusers and losers will always be with us, but that's not to say we can't reduce their numbers with certain counter-measures of a lawful kind.

Our Sydney Muslim community would have been terrified at the prospect of these initiatives being brought into play.

Survival - desperate measures in desperate times.

It will become a jungle on the streets, and in the jungle there is only one question that needs answering.

Can I eat you or can you eat me...?

Old people will be particularly targeted, I'm sure you don't want to create a society where you're too scared to walk the streets Herb...!!

It's a simple matter of creating more Gated Communities to accommodate the new generation of criminals ... prisons.

I'm having a cousin of mine who lives in Canada send me one of those PressurPaks of anti-bear spray to carry in my back pocket when I'm strolling around the shopping centres and the main street.

The taxpayer has to finance 'more prisons' which isn't feasible, and stopping their benefits will only penalise law abiding citizens who will be the targeted by these scumbags once they have no money.

I do think the prison populations can be significantly reduced if inmates from 'other' countries are deported, leaving more 'space' for  Australian offenders.........

Would you punish the innocent along with the career dole bludger, would you turn the innocent into criminals because of the career doll bludger...??

Hmmm carrying weapons is not a good idea Herb, most criminals do drugs and if you use this spray and is has a delayed affect it could be to your detriment.

In a situation a weapon also becomes and easy alternative but will it have the desired results....???

Lock in d), Eddie - This Is A Stupid Poll.

Apart from that it was an idiot's idea that only that lot could dream up.  I would hope the under 30's of Australia plot to overthrow and impoverish the lot of them by removing all their assets and incomes.

You’ve got my vote on that, Fuzzyballs.

My neighbour’s son works as a guard in the prison system, and it’s a case of “Spot the Aussie” for most of the time.
