Spotting trannys is easy. Most of them act overly feminine but one sure fire way to tell and can't be surgically altered is the elbows.
Womens elbows naturally angle outwards to cater for walking with wider hips.

Also a mans arm will straighten to 180deg while nearly all women can bend their arm backwards an extra 10 or 15deg.

if they wear dresses its the legs....men have horrible knees..and wider feet...I have to admit I dont have a problem with them.. but then the thought of having sex with them never enters my mind...

I suspect it's more borderline personality or whatever than any genuine hormonal etc issue...

One guy had tits inserted but still had a super hairy chest and every other part of his anatomy was a man, and he loved camping it up all the time, a bloke I knew described him as a brickie's labourer with tits - homosexual with a borderline issue .... the other one looked like a bloke with tits inserted and had mad staring eyes.... obviously some serious issues going on there, through some lass tried tried to tell me the drugs caused that... then why take the freaking drugs??? Reminds me of Alan Bond.... "I...I..I........ (tears trickles).. I don'... don't.. r-remember...", apparently caused by the drugs his psych was giving him to treat his 'stress issues' - a week later he was out making deals again and ripping people off...
