Has anyone ever known a man who has transitioned to female? A few years back I worked with a "woman" with a penis who had a "wife" with a vagina (and had a daughter). He/she dressed as a woman, identified as a woman, acted as a woman (as best he could but the masculinity was always there). We were all fine with it ... I guess. Then he took some time off and didn't tell us anything but we suspected he was losing his penis and coming back with a vagina. And that is what happened. She told us all about it. Way too much information for some of us. The thing that struck me was how much more confidence she now had. A different person inside and out. And last I heard, he kept his wife.

Its all a sad parody of sexuality that fixates on roles and appearances. I suppose surgical procedure will advance to the point where it is able to transplant a female pelvis complete with uterus, but it will only create monsters. Society is now pandering to neurosis as if they were part of a well adjusted human condition. Its sick.

I have very little patience for this whole topic- Bruce Jenner was when I started to lose patience with it- ridiculous and pathetic- we live in a time of fragile wusses with no common sense at all- what is the world coming too- go get a job dig a few ditches and harden tf up

I know a chick who had her tits cut off, took hormones, pumped iron, grew a bit of peach fuzz and he also reported his clit grew a bit.

As a woman she was a Miss Thailand back in the 80s.

Dunno.  He said his clit grew because of the drugs. I never looked to verify but I don't believe there was any surgery down there.

I've met two males 'transitioning' to females.. both were certifiably insane... and neither looked remotely like woman.... just looked like a man with tits...

they are like little boys reading the naughty books behind the school toilet blocks...

what a pity you cant mind your own business.....we have no idea what these people go through how they feel what drives them.....if it should ever happen to one of your relatives or good mates I hope you can be a little more understanding than anything we see on here.

It is usually just the SE Asian males who can *successfully* transition to female. Was sitting in a bar in Tokyo years back and saw three hot Thai trannies. It was clear to me who and what they were even though they were 100% feminine. But it wasn't clear to the American soldiers hitting on them  ;D

Alcohol. Remember inebriation will facilitate mating between men and women who wouldn't do so when sober.

Spotting trannys is easy. Most of them act overly feminine but one sure fire way to tell and can't be surgically altered is the elbows.
Womens elbows naturally angle outwards to cater for walking with wider hips.

Also a mans arm will straighten to 180deg while nearly all women can bend their arm backwards an extra 10 or 15deg.

A useful word for our times:  Wombyn. “Wombyn” is used to describe a woman with a womb, essentially marking a cis woman.

if they wear dresses  its the legs....men have horrible knees..and wider feet...I have to admit I dont have a problem with them.. but then the thought of having sex with them never enters my mind...  :) :)

I suspect it's more borderline personality or whatever than any genuine hormonal etc issue...

One guy had tits inserted but still had a super hairy chest and every other part of his anatomy was a man, and he loved camping it up all the time, a bloke I knew described him as a brickie's labourer with tits - homosexual with a borderline issue .... the other one looked like a bloke with tits inserted and had mad staring eyes.... obviously some serious issues going on there, through some lass tried tried to tell me the drugs caused that... then why take the freaking drugs???  Reminds me of Alan Bond.... "I...I..I........ (tears trickles).. I don'... don't.. r-remember...", apparently caused by the drugs his psych was giving him to treat his 'stress issues' - a week later he was out making deals again and ripping people off...
