We NEED a gardening forum though.

Just gardening.

Would be nice if we could both mod it.

We're kindred spirits when it comes to gardening. And it helps us forget all the BS of PA & OzPol.

The Gardening Haven sounds Garden of Eden like.

You got a better name for it?

What do you think George? You up to modding another forum?

Gardening is already and active topic at Fermentations. Growing food and eating it, growing food and preserving it (either by fermentation or preventing fermentation) and enjoying the food is a theme entirely appropriate to my Fermentations board, no need for another board.

Jump in, water’s fine!

Up to Aussie if he wants to transfer the gardening thread (after some pruning) to Fermentation or not.

I have deliberately delayed changing the name of the board, maybe you can suggest a good one?

I think you would need the word garden in the title geo..garden plus fermenting..

gardening plus the pickled palate... Roll Eyes

No, I will keep my gardening threads going, see no need for another board.

Inevitably my board will overlap with Food. After my treatment by the PA crud here I will not contribute to Food again—I made good contributions but that is at an end.

Lisa, there has been ZERO activity in your Real Estate Forum, you obviously do not have it in you to be a good Mod.

Throwing cow manure, slow release fertiliser pellets then sugar cane mulch before you grow anything can help set the scene for successful planting.

2. Baklava is a FOOD. It belongs in the FOOD forum because you do not ferment baklava....unless you are certifiably insane.
