The statistic you are referring to says that 90% of them receive some kind of benefit within their first 5 years. Not that they are on the dole for that long

And this fear means any excuse will do and any bit of news that may justify the fear by the slightest is above all else fact.

Yawn. The whole thing is a political football for the "progressives' as well. They're no different in this respect. For example, the deaths at sea are down and the boats have slowed. But you're all still whining about Abbott and Morrison.

Yes because in the process of stopping the deaths Of country shoppers in a bid to stop people smuggling, wank and his right hand are continuing systematic abuse of Genuine asylum seekers for political gain.

As a progressive my objective is clear. I want my country to ensure people don't risk their lives via people smuggling not through deterring those people, but through 1) processing them and 2) helping end the conflicts.

And I don't go out trying to find 101 reasons to keep the fear. Like datalife, with his "critical" analysis. Apparently if you get advice, help, "coaching" if you will, it instantly makes you a country shopper. Grin

. Same in any aspect of life. Footballers are no longer footballers as they get coached.

Systematic abuse eh? Free food, free shelter, free clothes, free medical, with the prospect of living in Australia. Yep, sounds like your regular Auschwitz.

The statistics I refer to say that after five years only 9% are in full time employment and thats because they are all a bunch of useless bludgers and layabouts that have come here to retire on centrelink and they are being ably assisted by the left to do just that because the left does not give a flying f#ck how many fake reffos come here to retire on centrelink.
If its bad for your country then it makes perfect sense to a lefty, its in the lefts DNA to sh#t in its own nest, its their lifes work.

I do my shopping in a high density reffo area. I observe what is around me. I have a lot of time for the African immigrants, despite their high crime rate I have noticed that they readily assimilate and appreciate their opportunity in this country. I see a lot of them male and female employed in the service occupations, supermarkets, security guards, fast food restaurants, etc. I have respect for people prepared to work hard to get somewhere. Cant say the same about middle easterners, their women don't work and appear to be little more than baby making machines and the males rarely have a legitimate occupation, you certainly rarely see them working in a service related role.
