It says that the Government can make laws for all Australia & Australians it doesn't not say what the law should be

It is not illegal to go to any country which supports The United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and request asylum.

Once an asylum seeker has been processed they can then either be classified as a genuine refugee (about 98%) or to be an illegal alien (E.T.).

Once they seek aslyum they are not illegals immigrants, but that doesn't fit into your bashing of aslyum seekers does it?

When do boat people under Australia law stop become illegals immigrants and become aslyum seekers?

It is the same as someone getting off a plane with a current visa and asking for aslyum. They would of have to lie to get their visa cause they are ask are they going to seek aslyum while in Australia

Now tell us what is the different of the two. One come without a visa by boat the other one come by plane with a visa under false misrepresentation.
