But often, proving the case, in such instances, can be subjective, yes?
For example
, the Bush administration, in its fabrication / misrepresentation of evidence, justifying the war in Iraq.
Who! is going to prosecute such a case???
....even where facts are available to be 'disputed' in a court of law.
It is never going to happen.
Our political elite appear to be above reproach.
