McConnell really ought to resign now

It's abundantly clear that 84 year-old Mitch McConnell is not physically capable of carrying out the duties of the office for which he was elected by the people of Kentucky. I don't believe for a second that he's mentally fit either. He said himself that he will only try to make it in to Congress for "tough" votes. How is that representing his constituents? Surely they deserve better representation than what is not even considered part-time from a geriatric senator who belongs in a nursing home dementia ward alongside Trump?
