Known as the most isolated city on earth by distance.
I've always wondered what the people of Perth call themselves or are called by others ??

We know the people of Sydney are lamely called Sydney Siders.
Melbourne are Melbournians.
Adelaide are Adelaidians.
Brisbane are Brisbanites.
Hobart are Hobartans
Canberra are Canberrans
Darwin are Darwinians.

...but who are the people of Perth?
Perthians, Perthites, Perthanese, Perthics or just called Perves? Cheesy

A few serial killers and people disappearers over that way... being a non-convict colony until 1850 - it was rejected by the East and the people banished to the Far West. A 'quick trip to Perth' was an easy answer to some bloke with two preggers girls, or some petty criminal wanted....

I have a wondrance over one of my great-great-grandmothers... a woman of her same name was abandoned by a man down Bargo way.... and that included her nickname.... I may not be directly related to that great-great-grandfather after all... not that there's anything wrong with that... he may have accepted as his own.. good man...
