Forming A Super Country
Apr 3rd, 2026 at 4:26pm

Pros and Cons of regions like Australasia, Canada, European Countries like UK, and other nations around the world with similar views, beginning discussion for forming one nation.

A potential superpower, where it's combined citizens decide their future and security, over being bullied by war criminal countries.

Could this be a path for Australia to detangling herself from corrupt America.

You have absolutely no idea with your frivolous topics that are becoming more like a Brian OCD.

You're no A.I.
You are very much just a T.V.  📺 on repeat sitcom showings.  Roll Eyes

You mean like a new European Union? Which is rapidly in danger of implosion from their renewables dreams?

You mean like a new European Union?

Sure.

That said, was thinking more of merging all the countries into one.

So you are going to exclude countries like Pakistan, Peru, etc because you don't like them, perhaps as a superpower you may be able to bully them. Thats the aim isn't it, to become a superpower and bully smaller countries that don't conform to your views.

Trump derangement syndrome
Fareed Zakaria defined the term as "hatred of President Trump so intense that it impairs people's judgment"

Pakistan is well down the path to BRICS membership. Likely to be a full member this year.

As for Spanish/Portuguese speaking nations of the Americas (and elsewhere), I'm all for it.

Was thinking of Mexico when thinking of Canada. Decided not to list hoping to avoid racist's nostrils flaring early in discussions.

One vote per person or do Australians have to live with what the new super country wants?.

My preference is one vote per person. All those joining, support basic stuff like human rights.

The challenge is if countries like India chose to join, 26 million is a very small voice.

There is much to be said for Australia, NZ, Canada and the UK forming an economic and military bloc, with free trade and free movement and becoming a power to rival the US and China, reducing dependence on NATO, and reducing the influence of the UN and other global organisations.  Of course there is much work to be done before such an alliance becomes possible.

My money is on the Commonwealth to continue.
More from Great Britain's side, than the hapless United Kingdom of inbreds and celebrity talk back shows.

China has expressed strong disapproval of the Philippines’ move to re-name Kalayaan Island Group in the West Philippine Sea, being part of the Spratly Islands, which China calls Nansha Qundao.
Penny Wong names them as Albanese Group with submerged rocks being Pauline Nation. Trump has declared them 14,500% Tariff, Putin announced they are Ukrainian missile targets and the Japanese Empire is on the march.
