The Attorney General for the state of Louisiana is suing California and New York over abortion pills sent to patients in Louisiana by doctors in California and New York. I find the stance of Republicans on abortion to be abhorrent. They seem to think it’s good policy to deny an abortion to a woman who was raped, or to deny an abortion to a minor who was raped, or to deny an abortion to a woman who will die if the pregnancy proceeds, or to deny an abortion to any woman simply because it is their choice and their body. It is so comprehensively morally wrong to deny access to abortion to women/girls who need it or want it. On this subject, the Republicans are wrong in every way, shape and form.
