I'm 100% sure he's thought of it.

He's a sad little man-baby who never received any love from his parents, wives, or children (which I admit, is quite sad) and so he tries to fill the hole in his (failing) heart with trophies, signs with his name on them, buildings, ridiculous NFTs, gold toilets, etc.

The entire world sees him as a joke, and not a single person on the planet will miss him once he's gone.

That's entirely different. Mayor Emanuel proposed this on his own, without input from Obama. Trump is blackmailing Schumer by saying if you want these federal funds, you have to put my name on these things. That's blackmail and extortion - both illegal last time I checked.
