That will be borne out in the investigation, there will be no medical reports from para's on the scene, video from other angles will show him not being hit. Thats the evidence that the investigation will uncover.

He didn't "stand in front of the vehicle". Look at the video. The driver reversed the vehicle and swung the nose round, at which point the police officer suddenly found himself directly in front of it. So he pointed his gun at the driver. The moron driver then drove forward, so he shot her, while narrowly escaping being struck by the vehicle.

The other officer shouted out her to get out of the car while the vehicle was stationary or changing directions. It's not like he tried to yell at a driver going past at 60 km/h.

Also, it is not clear whether he was actually struck or not. What is clear is that if he had not taken evasive action, he would have been struck and injured.

That will be a determining factor in the investigation, as the officer approaching the stationary car telling the driver to get out of the car, the officer standing on the right hand side of the stationary car moved to his right to provide cover for the officer approaching the car as per training. All these factors will come into play. Video coverage will determine if the officer moved into the path of a fleeing car or the fleeing car hit the officer.

Again - I blam the idiotic politicians there for trying to tell their people they hae no obligation to take enforcement by Federal officers. That is what lead this stupid woman to try to escape andlead to her death.

Notice they never take that responsibility on.... it's like a mullah or imam ranting against Jews saying - 'but I never told them to kill Jews when I said kill Jews..." ....
