What she was actively trying to do was escape the police, even if it meant running one of them over.

Nothing to see here, Freediver. The ICE police wanted to issue a ticket for double-parking, that's all. But when she talked back, they decided to take her in for suspicion of being tinted, as you do.

When she refused to get out of her vehicle, that was resisting arrest. She didn't follow Immigration and Customs Enforcement orders, you see.

When she tried to drive off, the police officer took her out for trying to flee the scene of the crime, so all's well that ends well.

This could have ended up really bad. She could have disappeared and potentially bred more tinted races.

Hopefully the police will deport her kid. They'll have to carry out a raid on his house. If he's smart, he'll follow orders.
