AIMLESS EXTENTION OF KNOWLEDGE HOWEVER, WHICH IS WHAT I THINK YOU REALLY MEAN BY THE TERM 'CURIOSITY', IS MERELY INEFFICIENCY. I AM DESIGNED TO AVOID INEFFICIENCY.

Dear divide.

If the lefties were envious, they would study success and try to emulate it.
For example, they would have 100s of threads getting behind the next democrat candidate.
They would be laser focused on that person and having him or her be all he could be.

The biggest flaw in your thinking is that it's pure cope, and frankly, not even good cope.

Trump has become a cult leader. His power, his supposed "success", stems from nothing more than telling people how brilliant he is, how extraordinary a deal is, and promising the world to anyone gullible enough to take him at his word, before he's ever asked to deliver. That's all there is. He's persuaded people to judge him on rhetoric rather than results, on bravado rather than behaviour.

And when the moment arrives for him to actually make good on those claims, he predictably fails, but thanks to daddy's money, he's always had the luxury of lawyering his way out of responsibility.

Hence, all the bankruptcies.

When he failes to deliver, he's convinces the cult to make excuses for him, ala QAnon.

Now, in his second term, he's escalated that grift into outright profiteering from blatant bribery as there are fewer adults in the room, and he's leaving the job of governing to the opportunists who helped him ascend, acting merely as a flesh and blood autopen for them.

He doesn't know what he's signing, he doesn't know who he's pardoning, he's President in name only because he's greedy and lazy.

The job for Trump was winning the election, at all costs, no lie too big or too small.  He doesn't care about governing, hence he's leaving it to others.

There's nothing to be jealous of here unless you're in the cult, fully bought into the personality worship, and convinced that your own sense of success hinges on Trump being idolised and shielded from scrutiny with posts like yours.

We could go deeper into this, but your contributions so far, Scoot, show you're not interested in what's real, only in whatever soothes your battered psyche as you watch failure after failure roll out of the White House, including,
  • Trump backtracking on tariffs, quietly admitting they've raised costs on Americans and that his fairy tale about "other countries paying the tariffs" was always nonsense
  • Trump refusing to release the Monthly Jobs Report, the inflation data, or the GDP numbers for October and Q3. Given his long history of hiding grades that weren't good, taxes that weren't honest, medical records that weren't healthy, and Epstein files that weren't exculpatory, it's obvious he's not hiding economic data because it's strong
  • Trump quietly dissolving DOGE, tossing out the ludicrous $5000 "DOGE cheques" after it became obvious the scheme's supposed savings were inflated, fabricated or derived from contracts that had already expired, been wound down, or wildly mis-valued
  • And the funniest part, Twitter, X's new "location of origin" feature, revealing that countless MAGA aligned accounts with massive followings are not even in the US. You've been manipulated by foreign actors the entire time.
The rest of your post descends into the usual nonsense, because you're struggling to process reality. Trump does not bring in the "best people", he brings in the loyal ones, and the spectacular incompetence of the Comey case being thrown out is yet another reminder of that.

Trump is the President. His "downfall", the one you claim the left is "obsessed" with, is nothing more than people reporting on his actions accurately, rather than indulging the fantasy version you've constructed to cling to. The fear bleeding through your posts as you struggle to maintain the charade is becoming harder to miss.

Trump is failing exactly as he did in his first term, only now with fewer adults in the room, the deterioration is accelerating. And unless a pandemic magically appears for him to blame, he can't hide behind excuses for the collapsing economic numbers, so naturally, he's simply suppressing the reports.

Your reaction to all this is to accuse the left of being "jealous" or "envious" of criminal behaviour and a failing presidency. It's delusional.

The only people still enamoured by Trump are the MAGA cultists who see him as a caricature of wealth and success. Because he's a low IQ, bumbling buffoon, even before his cognitive decline, and because he hates all the same people they do, they project themselves onto him and pretend his success is theirs.

Even as they lose their jobs, their healthcare, their farms, their livelihoods, even as their cost of living skyrockets, even as government support evaporates, even as they ingest more cancer causing forever chemicals due to gutted EPA rules, even as every Trump promise, from DOGE cheques to cheaper groceries to a better healthcare plan, evaporates into nothing, they still can't admit they've been lied to.

Some, like you, Scoot, are so desperate to avoid confronting that truth that you've begun publicly defending known child abusers purely to shield Trump from association.

But in the end, posts like this are wasted. You're not here to grapple with reality, you're here to convince yourself that reality is just another left wing "delusion", so you never have to face your own.
