Kelly has said he isn't going to back down, and nor should he. Good on him!

“If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work,” he wrote on X. “I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”

Sure did - and he never said anything illegal or controversial. All he said was, "All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful."

How is that seditious? Where is the wrong in that? It isn't seditious and Kelly isn't wrong. This is just Trump hating on Democrats and using anything he can think of as justification for going after his political enemies.

And using it as a distraction from the fact that he can't stop the Ukraine war, is suppressing the Epstein files, is tanking the US economy and has serious health issues, both physical and mental.
