What does he think 'percentage' means?

I'd love to know what he was thinking when he said that.

Usually you can figure out what he was trying to say, but in this case it just makes no sense at all.

Does he think 'percentage' is a synonym for 'dollars'?

None of his cult members seem to know either - they've all been noticeably silent on this.

Has there ever been a President so obviously or so deeply stupid ? Trump has done it twice.

The two most stupid presidential terms are Trumps first term and Trumps second term.

Trump could ably replace President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho
