There weren't any protests when leftards wanted to make Obama King of the Dorks

Oh? Is that so?

Is that why Obama, a constitutional scholar from Harvard, kept telling them how presidents were constitutionally constrained from being kings?

This was, after all,  the very reason he was erected. GW started all those endless wars you supported and the Real Americans voted for hope in their system of governance.

Right on cue, Republicans in Congress stopped nearly every action Obama took as prez. Legislation, Supreme Court nominations, the lot.

But that was then. Today, you support an American king and even more endless wars.

Oh well, you can't say Obama didn't try, no?

He's right, Marla. We have Medicare for all, a social safety net, independently decided electoral districts, publicly funded elections and, for the most part, representative government.

A felon like your DL wouldn't even be eligible to run in our jolly country.

So sure, it's about time your Dems started aiming for what the rest of the developed world takes for granted. They've got an uphill battle on their hands with the Retards, as Hillary and Obama found out, but at least it's worth going down fighting.

Allah Uakbar, no?

True. Because you also don't have to pay for a military. So I guess my tax dollars in a way go into paying for your social safety nets and free health care. No?

The sad part about the protests is Trump DOES have a point about crime in the US.

But like the Dems, he doesn't have a clue how to address the causes of crime; in a well-functioning economy which delivers the essentials for all, people would not resort to crime as a lifestyle.

So we see the world's richest man - formerly DOGE director -  taking food stamps from the poor in the US, because he thinks the government must 'balance its budget'.

Displaying hopeless ignorance of the real choices available to (national) fiat currency-issuing governments.

That may be true, Great, but I'm curious.

How's China doing in the war on crime?

ask google

When comparing safety levels, it's best to look at actual statistics (including crime). The numbers are quite revealing - China is objectively much safer than many Western countries, including the United States.14 Apr 2024

But the PBofC is also labouring under obsolete Neoclassical dogma re 'balanced government budgets': modern  floating exchange rate fiat currency-issuing governments don't have to 'balance a budget'.

Very sad because Chinese industry, being super productive, could  enable the government to subsidize quality consumption by the poor, including provision of state-owned housing in China.

Meanwhile global financial system collapse is looming, as governemts  can no longer repay debt, balance budgets,  AND deliver vital services.

Universal Health Care in the US?  The US govt. is currently not functioning because of disputes over that issue.

Decent age pensions in France? Again the governement is in chaos
because it's chasing an irrelevent  'balanced budget' delusion.

Well it's ended now.

Oz is spending $380 billion to send subs to the Taiwan Straits to support the US...while poverty is increasing back home - we'll look like the US soon as crime increases in the cities.

What are the odds Trump uses this as his excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807?

We're looking at what could be one of the biggest protests in US history, if not the biggest. And let's be honest, there is no way Trump just sits back and lets it happen. He's already declared open season on Americans, exactly as Harris warned he would. This sort of pressure is precisely what he's been itching for, because it gives him the justification to escalate.

Kings and Queens are Masters of Ceremony (entertainment) aka Pomp & Pageantry. Emperor's and Empress's are Military (Empire).
Just ask any Court Jester.

So just how retarded are these No Kings protests by Lefties?
Well as retarded as Australian Republicans (mostly pushed by pro Media celebrities here) wanting a 'political' change because of the United Kingdom's Monarchy, rather than because of Great Britain's Politics.

Just goes to show. Roll Eyes

Xi is actually fighting corruption, but his real enemy is Neoclassical economic othodoxy; the collapse in the Chinese property market and high unemployment - all products of obsolete economic orthodoxy - encourage corruption, money-laundering and other crime, as is the case everywhere in the world.
