1. What software should replace it?

2. How to do the move?

I moved the real PA from phpBB3 to XenForo but my fine forum was smaller and simpler than OzPol.

I have some understanding of the issues in moving to later/different software just from experience.

I know migrating is not easy. Yet putting off the move makes the inevitable move to real software more difficult. Hence my offer of financial and other help.
