Intrigued by 'conservative guru' Kirk of whom I knew nothing, I asked google what Kirk said about government spending.

I was directed to a tiktok video where he is saying to a group of young students:

"The reason young people can't look forward to buying a house like your parents did, is DC's deficit spending."

Breathtakingly shallow assertion; eg, the government's Medicaid and foodstamps programs are highly desired by the recipients of those programs, yet Conservatives don't want to fund them with higher taxes - hence the deficit.

Kirk's simplistic thinking apparently attracted enough of the youth vote to get Trump elected.

I can't say I'm saddened by his murder; mainstream conservative economics is leading the whole world to catastrophe.

And while Musk as head of DOGE cut foodstamps for the poor, Tesla has offered him a trillion dollar pay package if he achieves certain outcomes for the company.

This is the world Kirk was promoting.

These cscumbags were screaming for violence during Trump’s first term, and now they’re at it again, stirring up chaos.

Left-wing media? Total Scum.

They’d be screeching for riots and “defund the police” if some junkie croaked in custody, but when Charlie Kirk gets killed, they’re practically dancing in the streets.

Some of these lowlifes even have the gall to claim it was a “celebratory” shooting by a supporter. 🙄 Give me a break.

And that poor Ukrainian girl stabbed to death on the subway. The Left are cheering it on, and the mainstream media scum are sweeping it under the rug like it’s nothing.

No one can deny that there has been a huge uptick in political violence in the US since Trump declared the 2020 election was rigged and stolen from him. No one can deny that his incitement of an attempted coup at the Capitol has lead to an uptick in political violence. Absolutely no one can deny that Trump pardoning thousands of people charged and/or convicted of crimes while participating in the attempted coup on January 6 has lead to an uptick in political violence. Until he entered politics, there was none of this political violence. Trump is a cancer on US politics and the country in general.

Trump ordered the flag to be flown at half-mast for Kirk, some nobody with no role in government, yet Melissa Hortman, a sitting Minnesota State Representative, murdered in cold blood by a deranged MAGA foot soldier, gets nothing. Not even the most perfunctory recognition.

That's not an accident, it's a deliberate act of contempt. It's laying the groundwork for how this tragedy will be spun and exploited by Trump's administration, and then amplified by the usual chorus of sycophants who never tire of parroting the official line.
