They have been declared to be enemies. Notice given. They could stop the boats, you know! They are not 'asylum seekers'. They are narco terrorists and declared enemies.

These early missions were initially covert and conducted by the 4400th Combat Crew Training Squadron, a "Jungle Jim" unit operating under the code name Operation Farm Gate'.
