I was thinking along the lines of $1mil for every child she was accused of killing.

I actually cringed when i read that. You're in effect putting a price on the kids by using that method. Is that all a child is worth?

I’m basing it on… since it was natural deaths of those bubs, they never could grow up.
Had she not been accused or jailed, there would have been no monetary compensation for the deaths of those bubs under normal conditions.

And since she had been accused of killing them and then jailed.
To base it on her compounded grief of losing her babies.
The accusation of murdering them all.
And jailed when all along she was innocent.

Each baby is worth infinite amount, had they lived.

If she wasn’t jailed, and found a new partner, she could’ve had another baby… but that chance was taken away from her when jailed.

So maybe another $1mil for that fact.
I’ve upped it to $6mil now

They have not proven the whole 4 died natural deaths.

Should be ten times that amount.

Correct. $20M would be the minimum.

yes, they have stolen 20 years from her life.

So she would have been earning $1million a year had she not been jailed?  Grin

$2 million is more than enough if this could be considered her superannuation.

After 46 yrs of work I got $600k to live on for the rest of my life.

She's single - no children - and gets $2million.

$500k for a house or unit & $1.5 to live on.

Mind her Lawyers fees might be hefty.

Still no 100% surety about how those 4 children died all under 12 months old.

It also sets a precedent for any other person alive today who has been released after retrial on the grounds of new evidence that they have been wrongfully convicted.

She's not just being compensated for loss of income. She was locked up 24hrs/day 7 days a week, for 20 yrs. She'd had no xmas's, no birthdays no opportunities to do anything, nothing except her cell and her cell mates. $2m isn't even close to adequate compensation

As does any convicted person you twat.

They all celebrate Christmases & other events.

At the time the tech & procedure saw her guilty.
When you go to jail it's not for a phukkin holiday.

It's only modern tech & medical expertise that has seen her sentence quashed.

Neither does it 100% answer all the questions of her 4 childrens deaths.

People work a lifetime & don't acquire $2million to live out their retirements.

She's not the only one who has been supposedly wrongfully convicted & spent years in jail.
