Now that we've settled the zealots with their empty words - I take it they are quite happy for people to be abused by 'certain types' with a sense of entitlement to just take anything they want any way they want and not be challenged.

Leaving Bunnings today while I allowed the zealots to fester while I was gone and enjoying a quiet one, and the staff guy at the door said they are now instructed not to challenge thieves etc out of safety concerns for staff.

That's the kind of country these zealots want - a country where criminals can do as they wish, and nobody is allowed to even speak out... just like here with issues like this....

May the zealots who promote this kind of social disintegration be first to receive the benefits of their brave new world....

You had a shot at arguing that 'personal responsibility' is the determinant of economic outcomes for individuals, ignoring macro economic forces (eg, unemployment caused by the Reverse Bank's interest-rate policiies, or economic cycles, plus entrenched socio-economic circumstances beyond the control of individual 'responsibility'.
