It is easy for the minor parties to try to isolate all the issues impacting Australia on immigration, and this time housing crisis.
The housing crisis that is facing Australia today is multifactorial, it stems from decades of economic policies of successive labor and liberal government across Federal, state and local council levels.
I can guarantee you can stop immigration tomorrow, and or import 1 million tradies, you would still have a housing crisis on hand.
Don’t listen to One Nation. Their policy won’t fix Australia.
Bullshit - only Pauline can fix the problem.
It will only get a lot worse under nutcase Albo.
Dutton would only be a little better.
If you look at One Nation’s major donors, they are from Property Real estate and construction. Right wing businessmen. Hotels, and retail service sectors. Those sectors all require a larger Australia to function. Money talks.
In 2022, One nation directed preference to labour in five seats in QLD and Tasmania, because of liberal preference for Jackie Lambie in Tasmania. Self interest more than what their voters would have preferred.
At least with the other parties, like Katter, Nationals, and even Clive Palmer, their position is consistent.
