Reply #4 - Aug 7^th, 2024 at 2:17pm About 30 years ago I was eating some popcorn and I broke a filling in a tooth. It looked like a whole corner of a tooth broke off. There are sometimes hard pieces inside the popcorn. It cost me 100s of dollars to fix it. That was the last time I ate popcorn.

I was speaking to a yank on the old BrewRatChat who did just that: adapted a popcorn popper, bought green coffee beans and roasted them in the former popcorn popper.

Bit too much work for me!

I'm wondering how this is better than my Scanpan saucepan that I've been making popcorn in for 20 years!!
