I remember a decade back that actual Legal (Lefty) Professionals were visiting Schools and giving advice to kids in regards that if they had knives in their schoolbags - Teachers were not allowed to search their bags as it was an infringement of privacy (which apparently over-rides the 'safety' rights of all Roll Eyes

).

All it takes now, is some HAM-ASS or Moslem kid to carry a bomb in his Schoolbag easy as and let it off in class.

Worked with a young guy who had his leg shot point blank by a couple of Polynesians who wanted a cigarette from him. He said he doesn't smoke and his artery was punctured for his trouble.
...all this flippant violence has to come from a source.
To me, its obviously a 'cultural' source that says to them "You've got the freedom to do what you like!" (and shoot people).
