You missed the rest of my post and that was the most important bit. Never mind it was picked up by Chimera.

He held a torch (so his father could see the guy clearly in order to kill him) and a bat while a murder was taking place, and he's an adult.

An adult.

Moreover, his father allegedly murdered the guy with an illegal firearm.

I can't see why he should be granted bail.

I’m just thinking here ... the son also helped his dad in hiding/burying the corpse. So that’s another problem for the boy - interfering with a corpse.

Look they should have just called the cops.

Edit : Oh wait they couldn’t do that as the cops would have turned up to see their elaborate drug operation.

These 2 should go to jail for being idiots. Is there a sub section in the Crimes Act titled : Provisions for Next Level Stupidity and Idiocy ? If not then there should be.
