Outside of some national survey, I doubt that they'd mostly like segmented hulks in that photo. Although, some would. But maybe they should be wary of what they wish for. For example, the roid rage that would get directed toward them.

Some have been savagely assaulted and some have died.

Back in the early 1990s, our science teacher told us that Arnie (notgonnaspellhislastname) had been on testosterone and testosterone and dianabol. Arn would have risked:

damage to the gonads (testicles or ovaries)
liver disease
malfunctions of the kidneys, liver or heart
'roid rage', which is characterised by uncontrollable outbursts of psychotic aggression
paranoia and mood swings, including deep depression
severe acne, which can cause scarring
high blood cholesterol levels
high blood pressure (hypertension)
injuries to tendons that can't keep up with the increased muscle strength
delusional feelings of being superhuman or invincible.
trembling and muscle tremors.
nerve damage from needle use – this may lead to conditions such as sciatica

My science teacher told us that Arnie would have had to get heart surgery to survive pass the age of 60.

In life nearly always the easy way is also the incorrect way

Can you get big muscles by injecting steroids
Sure it's easy
Can you get big muscles by lifting heavy weights
Sure it's hard

Can you get money by doing some boring work as a clerk in the public service
Sure it's easy
Can you apply yourself take risks face challenges have sleepless nights and build a business
Sure it's hard

Can you go down to Centrelink and get money because you are a little victim
Sure it's easy
Can you step up and take personal responsibility and not complain about adversity
Sure it's hard

Can you gratify yourself and your appetites with pawn and fast food
Sure it's easy
Can you build a great relationship and create a nutritious meal
Sure it's hard

The superior man looks at every situation
Sees the unthinking masses following the path of least resistance
And then gets onto the narrow road to success
That's why it's narrow
Not much traffic
