So... why would you think I would want to look like Phil Heath if he looks so ridiculous? I would expect to feel capable of achieving a physically strong body right into my 60s. But, then I would expect to tone down to physically healthy after my 60 ends.

I imagined myself as a body builder in one of those gyms talking to
another body builder in a conversation where they admired Phil Heath.

Pretty much. Body builders are extreme users of steroids. They take too many and for too long and there's not much they do that could be considered healthy.

Pretty much. Body builders are extreme users of steroids. They take too many and for too long and there's not much they do that could be considered healthy.

Some of them spend over $1,000 per week on steroids and other drugs.

But he's sacrificing his health and longevity for the money. For others, it's a waste of money, health(physical and mental) and longevity for a brief period of looking like the hulk.

He'll have to stop those steroids sooner rather than later.
I wonder what he'll look like in 10 years or
even if he will still be alive after all the damage he's done to himself?

I knew of a bodybuilder who was into the steroids. He managed to atrophy his penis that he was not giving his girlfriend much pleasure.
