Not good news at all Lisa. Something like this can
obviously be very distressing for people who worked
closely with her—it can be a variant on the "survivor
guilt" mindset.

It would depend on what happened that set the suicide in motion. If the victim was living an unliveable life, it would be understandable that they end their life. But, still, there is no reason to end your own life and make others around you feel terrible.

I do not see how anyone would feel guilty. There might be that hindsight guilt. But not for people to feel guilty. The issue about whether people have hindsight in thinking that they could have done something to prevent the suicide.
