While all the Whiners and Diners-out on the public purse reckoned a curfew will 'inflame' things - the reality was:-

"Ms Lawler told reporters the first night of the curfew had been positive and tensions had simmered down.

"It was a quiet night for young people in Alice Springs, and that's what (we) want to see," she said on Thursday."

I'd like to see what they reckon the Tuesday 'inflaming' was... all those young punks trying to smash everything in sight.... if that's a normal day a little inflaming might be just the trick.

The story goes on that after the funeral of the dead man, family feuds erupted. Allegedly, with the man being left to die on the side of the road, the family had a problem with the others that left the man to die. And instead of dealing with this issue between the family members of those involved, they go after the town to take their frustrations out on them.

I swear that indigenous Australians must have some kind of idiocy genetic code. If you **** around, you can find out. Joyriding and then crashing a vehicle that you have stolen is such a stupid way to die. But to be butt-hurt from the experience and then take your problems out on people who likely work their arses off to feed you, it is just another level of special stupid.
