Sterile Humans

Interesting.
I know someone got a Nobel Prize for killing off some gut bacteria that 'occassionally' made ulcers. But these same bacteria prevented people from having allergies to all sorts of foods.
Now it seems that with Anti-biotics we are killing off more necessary bacteria in our guts.

Yakult is what we take. Hubby has 1/day.

(I can’t stand the taste so for me it’s 1/week).

Massive difference was seen within 48 hrs.

Seriously recommend this stuff 👆

The bugs causing ulcers were in the stomach. A humble greek doctor had no medicines except antibiotics so when a person with ulcers presented himself the doctor could only give him antibiotics. They cured the ulcers and cured the ulcers of other people that presented themselves.

The Greek doctor wanted to write a paper for a big medical journal but was prevented and some scientist wrote a paper instead.

The bugs that help against allergies are in the intestine. Yakuit and the capsules that were advertised heaps—a lot of the bacteria are killed by the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs.

Funnily enough—a healthy gut microflora is great against emphysema! In fact, a “poo-ectomy” is sometimes done where poo from a healthy person (gets whizzed in a food processor type gadget!) is added to the lower intestinal tract of a person without healthy stomach bugs.

Eating wholemeal bread  regularly is better for your gut than Yakuit etc.

Then there's faecal worms like Monk who need to be flushed.

Don't use plastic bags to carry and store food for too long in your fridge. Transfer the food into other containers so that the plastic does not leach into the food.
