I have been a heavy drinker since August 2021. And I am finishing off two 750mL XXXX Golds... hopefully going sober for the remainder of the year. I am only up 6kgs from the lows of 7 months ago. But that is despite my bad diet, and heavy drinking for 16 months. My weight is surprisingly much lower than what it was 8 years ago, despite having a better diet and moderate drinking.

Yeah nah ... midstrength beer like XXXX Gold I can drink 4 schooners in an hour & be under 0.05 BAC.

I actually feel like going out and getting a 1 litre bottle of scotch and see if I can get through it by morning. But, I am trying to force myself not to drink for more than 6 months. I was supposed to stop alcohol over a month ago. You cannot say that I do not drink, simply because I have a beer every week. My cupboard has accumulated 7 empty litre bottles of scotch in the last month.
