Phew - as long as he keeps the mandate that schools can over-ride and not even consult with parents over the gender aspirations and confusions of children under their care as in loco parentis and give permission for the sprogs to go ahead with gender reassignment including painfully binding their tits etc........ gives new meaning to that word loco...
