Well shock, horror...   economy changes might force home buyers into competition with investors... who'd 've thunk that?

I'd say there were other and more widespread issues in play... like............... immigration en masse?

The United States will pay Liberia $5 million to host migrants deported from third countries, The New York Times reported. The funds will be used for housing, food, and vocational retraining for these citizens. Liberia assured Washington that the deportees will not be subject to persecution based on race or religion.

I'm grappling(sic) with the concept of how - on the one hand - it is shouted as being the Joker of economics to just generated greater overall GDP by bringing in masses and spreading the dollars thinner... and yet somehow it does not fit the idea of developing greater GDP by having greater prosperity across the entire spectrum of CURRENT individuals...

Apparently it is better to have greater strain on available resources by forcing population growth out of control, thus making the overall prosperity of the total population weaker.... than to feed one's own first.

Can't work that one out.... Keating called any economy in which the people were too prosperous 'over-heated' and reckoned it caused inflation so we 'needed' a recession and 15% mortgage interest rates ...  as in WTF?  ... and yet developing overall thinner GDP - which is clearly having the exact same results of 'over-heated' economy and MASSIVE real inflation.... doesn't fit the same 'thinking'.

I think it's time these 'economists' learned about reality ...

ALP set to fail in its target to halve immigration... next year.
Just like housing.
Just like everything else.

Just filling their pockets and feeding their Lefty troll cults around the country and now funding the EU because Trump won't.
