The best thing about me is that I have a youthful look for someone in their 40s. I still get hit on by women in their 20s who think that I am no older than 30. It is just the gut that gets in the way of me getting more action from them.
The gut is always a problem.
The only time I had a six pack gut was when
I was in my early 20s and working out every day.
You see - a gut is like the hump of a camel.
The camel stores its fat reserves in its hump but
we store that fat around our stomach.
It's actually not unhealthy - it served our ancestors to
let them live longer when there was a shortage of food.
We don't get those shortages these days as we can eat every day.
If you didn't eat for 2 weeks your gut would disappear.
I only finished the remainder of a bottle of scotch last night and I am not feeling very fat at all today. I recall a few hours after my last drink, I had 3 kiwi fruits, a vegemite sandwich, and a bowl of oatmeal. I do not recall washing down any diabetes medication with any water. So, somehow, I have had a night where I have lost weight.
I went for 10 days where I did not have any considerable amounts of sugar. Just the milk in my coffee and for my cereals. I had no junk food of any kind. Low-fat meals. I exercised most nights. I went from having a modest gut to a flat stomach in no time.
