I think the attitude against AquaScoot here is appalling.
There is a HUGE disrespect against what is sensible obvious medical sentiment for the past 40 years.

Get fit.
Look after yourself.

That is Aquascoots main message.
I cycle usually twice a week very casually, do yoga twice a week and walk a LOT at work. Eat well.
That is all AquaScoot is saying.

For me, what I do is a 'preventative maintenance schedule'. If you do less, your problems are 15 years down the road.
At that stage, you will have real problems

As I get more free time I will be more active.
You are wrong. He is right.

NATURAL INFECTION OFFERS BETTER PROTECTION THEN VACCINATION

now i would say you should still get vaccinated but considering millions of australians will be getting a dose of natural infection, where is the rationale for continued boosting

If anyone here who would take medical advice from anyone on a forum like this, deserves a Darwin award.

Someone's flawed idea on how to correctly interpret data on covid is not that big a deal on a forum of this size.

And, anyway, this forum appears to be barely moderated for anything including racist language clearly written to elicit outrage or incentivising others to repeat the sentiment.

I note that from what I've read so far, Aquascoot does not indulge in racist slurs; so, zero respect?

I like Aquascoot. I don't always agree with him - like upon Covid here, but I do see where he is coming from and I respect that.

Hard to take any 'Pandemic' serious - when your Health system is run and manipulated by Politicians for their agenda as a priority. Thank god not all countries are like this.
