Down the beach at 730 for a run and a swim (brass monkeys it was) then work and home by about 1pm. My 2 contractors were working all day today so I did the office work (for my stuff and theirs) the rest of the arvo, and of course, popped in here to spread some joy.

330pm, back down the beach to take 1st born for a surf, another walk, pick up G Jrn, dinner, blah blah now I'll be doing more office work until about 10pm.

Easy peasy. Life's good, work pays well and is fun, and I had the dumb luck (luck being the intersection of preparation and opportunity) to buy a property (or 2) in a neighborhood where a run down semi now sells for $6m dollahrs.

So aspire to be a trog like me Wink
