I bought a Chiq fridge for downstairs.
Yes, I had never heard of them before either.
They make 7,000,000 fridges a year !!!!!!!!!
It's good.
Have been looking for a new fridge for upstairs, might get a Chiq for there too.
That one has a 10 year warranty on the sealed parts.
10 year warranty, thats good, most electrical products I have bought have a
2 year warranty at best. Still, stuff used to last half a lifetime, we have become conditioned to inferior products, cheaper but inferior. And it all goes to landfill. China is already running out of space for their toxic waste.
Quote:China's largest dump is already full - 25 years ahead of schedule.
The Jiangcungou landfill in Shaanxi Province, which is the size of around 100 football fields, was designed to take 2,500 tonnes of rubbish per day.
But instead it received 10,000 tonnes of waste per day - the most of any landfill site in China.
China is one of the world's biggest polluters, and has been struggling for years with the rubbish its 1.4 billion citizens generate.
