I think we understand each other. I am an Individual and you are a Herd Animal. I don't care how you live your life, you have definite ideas about how I need to live mine! I've had responsibility for things much more dangerous than firearms and everyone went home healthy and whole everyday under my watch. The Biden attack on owners is about subjugation, not public safety.

It isn't sour grapes on my part about this fraud of an election. Since none of you can apply the same actions if used against your candidate of choice being illegal you have no argument. For his entire four years the Democrats never accepted Trumps election because they didn't cheat hard enough to keep him out. Now it is likely they cheated hard enough this time and I don't have to accept the results either. If inaugurated Biden will be an illegitimate President for what ever months they let him sit in the chair and babble! He doesn't have a future in Office, just a foot note!

There is a big difference between having an election corrupted and just getting butt hurt because your team lost! As I have already pointed out, the Left and Minorities loved Obama but we are to believe Biden received ten million more votes in this election than Obama did in either of his. If this stands in the future all our Presidents will be selected for us! After packing the Supreme Court and making new States there will be no point in voting at any level.

Keep telling yourself you are an individual, your government is the master and you are the trained dog. If you had spent the months and years training giant breed dogs to submit to your will you could feel the hand of your Master on your neck! When you take a dog that weighs more than a lot of people into a Nursing Home it has to be both friendly and under your control. A Therapy Dog Certification isn't granted lightly and the Owner as well as the dog requires training! The parallels are amazing.

A peaceful resistance to a stolen election and an illegitimate Presidency is the least I can do. Calling this fraud of an Election legally administered would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic. I live in a fairly small unincorporated area between two small cities which saves me thousands of dollars a year in City and Water District taxes. No, I am an individual. A functioning member of a functioning society, Mort. A society which has successfully fought the Covid virus and has basically won against it. It's front line was the state of Victoria where harsh measures were used to lock it down and control the population. There is no part of the US Constitution that I am aware of that suggests the number of justices has to remain at the present number. FDR introduce IIRC the idea of more justices...

Since the Main Stream Media and Social Media have proven to not only be unreliable but will boldly lie to the public nothing they say can be taken at face value. I don't see people who have been effected by the virus, during Flu season we always knew about people home sick. No one appears to have the Wuhan but the Media screams Pandemic. The few people I know who have tested positive for the virus had little to no symptoms and tested negative soon after. We know about fifteen thousand people have actually died from the virus, a smaller number than die from flu every year. All they need to do is introduce legal regulations that require you to pass a safety course before you're allowed to own one. Background checks to prevent criminals gaining access to these dangerous weapons. Nothing much and nothing that infringes on your "rights".

We have more than enough gun laws, over 20,000 at last count and only the Law Abiding follow them. Why would you expect criminals to change their ways because some new law was added to the loooong list?

The Biden plan to add enough Justices to negate any decision from the other side is a power grab. Making new States for the sole purpose of creating a One Party Country is not about our freedoms! California is a one Party State and look at how that has worked out for the Locals!

Obamas Supreme Court pick wasn't going to be confirmed by a Republican Senate! Trump knew the powers against him were going to do their best to deny him a second term despite the will of the voters so this may be his only chance to fill the vacancy!

And what FDR found was even though he had a solid (overwhelming) majority in Congress, there were far more members in Congress, votes, than would be required to block him....from within his own party.....who were firmly against "Packing the Court".

I was listening to C-SPAN the other day, & there are at least 3 democ-RATS Democrats who are actually submitting legislation that would drop the number of Justices on the Supreme Court to Seven (7).....The Court numerically will remain at 9, but when a Justice retires or dies, they just won't be replaced until the number arrives at 7.

So, if they can block the legislation to "pack" with enough votes to keep a "filibuster" in the Senate going.....effectively killing the legislation to "pack" ........the Majority means nothing.....

Remember, the USA is not a Democracy, it's a Constitutional Republic, & to stop a filibuster the dems would need far more than a normal 51 vote majority to pass legislation enabling them to "pack"......they would need a "Super Majority" or 67 votes ( 2/3rds )....they would need quite a few Republicans (the Minority) to go along with them....

There are differences between regulations and laws, Mort. You really do need to learn them. One requires legislation to the passed, the other doesn't. El Presidente' Trump tried to use regulation to control migration. Remember that? Gun nuts need to learn to be responsible. QED. Roll Eyes

It appears you're willing to allow the Republicans to play party games but not Democrats. Seems to me you're rather particular in your biases. I would suggest that you need and most Americans as well, to grow up and actually allowing your Government to govern. Otherwise, you are just making more pooh for your own country to eat. Tsk, tsk. When they first announced the coming pandemic we bought over the counter medications for dehydration, congestion, fever and general flu/virus symptoms. We stayed away from anyone who didn't live under our roof. I see coverage of an outbreak but don't see any sign of one in the real world. I think we need a major house cleaning of elected officials who are on a major power trip. We went back to living life within the limits imposed on us after about two months. Aside from the submission masks life has returned to normal as long as you don't want to go certain places.

Not really I was quite upset when McCain and Romney were the nominees when the Primaries were so bias.

We need to shrink our government to about one tenth of its size but I know that will never happen! It is only going to grow until it collapses.
