Literature suggests infanticide may have occurred reasonably commonly among Indigenous Australians, in all areas of Australia prior to European settlement. Infanticide may have continued to occur quite often up until the 1960s. An 1866 issue of The Australian News for Home Readers informed readers that "the crime of infanticide is so prevalent amongst the natives that it is rare to see an infant".[93]

Author Susanna de Vries in 2007 told a newspaper that her accounts of Aboriginal violence, including infanticide, were censored by publishers in the 1980s and 1990s. She told reporters that the censorship "stemmed from guilt over the stolen children question".[94] Keith Windschuttle weighed in on the conversation, saying this type of censorship started in the 1970s.[94] In the same article Louis Nowra suggested that infanticide in customary Aboriginal law may have been because it was difficult to keep an abundant number of Aboriginal children alive; there were life-and-death decisions modern-day Australians no longer have to face.[94]

If you have ever read any of Dame Daisy Bates' work you would see she says the same things about infanticide among the Aboriginals she worked with. However she is now an outcast because what she wrote is not PC in this day and age of an Aboriginal super civilisation.

I've known about it for a long time.  Not PC to mention it these days, in the same way it's not PC to mention that diaries written in NZ in the 1920s and 30s detailed cannibalism amongst the Maori as occurring at the time of the writing.  In one chilling account a white settler watched from an opposite ridge as a young Maori girl ran for her life.  Following behind her was a male.  Later that afternoon, the same settler saw the male returning up the ridge with the gutted carcass of the girl across his shoulder

I agree with Windschuttle that the regime change (and everyone should know who) commenced in the 70s

additionally, in their determination to rewrite history and teach the 'sanitised' version, all mention of the tall, white and very accomplished people who inhabited NZ prior to the Maori (with relics to prove it) have been wiped away, smashed away and hidden away in the same way proof of habitation by other than Aborigines prior to whites in Australia are smashed, reconfigured, denied, etc.

The Australian Aborigine went on walkabouts and suckling infants were, it's been reported, thrown to the side as the tribe moved along its way.  Those newborns were devoured, as would have been obvious to the parents, by animals when only minutes to an hour old.  Infanticide as birth control, also

That's a purpose to avoid starvation . It was not killing kids and mum and dad for no purpose as in the car fire of the thread.

who knows really?  it was a long time ago and times were so different....

I agree this case in particular like many others that have had the same ending...

were PLANNED PLOTTED and carried out with the sole intention of killing everyone......nothing can be more evil than that.....and thus far it APPEARS TO BE A WHITE MAN SYNDROME>....

feel free to tell me if I am wrong.

It happened....now it's up to them to prove it didn't.

I'm still waiting for proof that there isn't a maccas on mars.
No one can seem to refute that claim with any credible evidence.

India.  " After the death of his father, Lalit became very introverted, and soon he started praying in front of trees, and offering food to animals. One day, he told his family that he was possessed by his father’s soul, who advised him the ways to attain a good life...

Ten of the eleven people - two men, six women and two teens - were found hanging in the courtyard of the house. They were blindfolded and their mouths were taped. Some of the bodies had their hands and feet tied as well.

Police said the circumstances surrounding the deaths point to mass suicide for occult reasons or murder for occult reasons."

It was abnormal and probably insanity.  Even then it needed a purpose , not a massacre for its own sake.

Aboriginal infanticide was of infants , "suckling". If a mother is starving and has no milk ... what can she do ..

No .... social media crucifixion & people reading into it the wrong things about his comments .... and then the Police Commissioner  not standing by her officer is what has "finished him off".

I have a journalist media interview opinion transcript in Jpeg format as it was the only way I could copy from a paywall paper.

But not their own kids. Goebbels killed his in 1945 , some Germans suicided but most didn't.  We don't copy family murder just because of thinking about it , an evil thought.  Ancestors didn't . So it must be off the scale to kill our kids and into insanity such as drug insanity.

"Godwin's law" (or Godwin's rule of Hitler analogies)[1][2] is an Internet adage asserting that "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1";[2][3] that is, if an online discussion (regardless of topic or scope) goes on long enough, sooner or later someone will compare someone or something to Adolf Hitler or his deeds, the point at which effectively the discussion or thread often ends.
