I lost my first son to a woman that was hell bent on hurting me.
I fought her in th family court 1.5yrs after my original application. (Her mother had a corrupt lawyer friend and she put a DVO on me... for no reason. My son's name was included on it so I had to fight that before I could go back to court. I did nothing wrong to receive the DVO....but apparently they can take one out with no reason. I won that case. The judge actually fried her mother for doing this to me as I didn't even go near them at all.

1.5 yrs of no contact. My son was now pretty much estranged to me.
I was awarded my contact rights as per my affidavit and as I walked out of court with a new hope of seeing my son....she walked up to me in Nth Quay Brisbane and said "don't think this changes anything". I rang police...they said "Not for us to deal with, it's a family court matter".
Ring the family court...."We have to schedule a mediation appointment....in 8 mths time. That was the earliest appointment available.
Go to mediation....she doesn't show up.
We'll schedule another mediation because she may have been busy...fkkk me she had 8 mths notice.
2nd mediation was another 6 mths. All the time my son and I didn't see each other.
She didn't show.
Mediation Gav me a letter to go back to family court.

After much deliberation I could see this was a roundabout with no positive exit.
My lawyer was honest and said "walk away", but not after I'd thrown over 20 large at him.

The whole time this was going on the mother was in contact with child support and they were flogging me 100% of the cost becuase she wasn't working and she was living in houso commision. Child support didn't give a shyte.

The system is broken. Trust me it is. I still have not seen my son in over 18yrs. I had lost my parents at a young age and this was killing me slowley. He is now an adult somewhere in Australia.
Should I have killed them....fkkk No. She will get her fate in the way of being a dole bludging useless piece of crap for the rest of her life. My son was brainwashed into her way of life so I think it's best to leave them be.

Me....I have a wonderful wife and two fantastic kids in our own house which we nearly own. Life is greater than ever.

Honesty and truth is like air bubbles underwater...it will eventually surface.

I found my boxing, fishing and motocross helped me. Also changing your surrounding. Don't stay where the memories are otherwise you will dwell on them....AND STAY AWAY FROM GROG AND DRUGS. They only make it worse.
Face reality and always know that for every down moment there will eventually be an up.
Same as the light at the end of the tunnel....you just have to run down it and flick the switch on.
