ASIO has become a bit of a Star on the Media of late.
With the Hackerthon recently that brought together a creme of Australian Computer Hackers for a good cause.
The by-success of this was that ASIO got to meet some extra-ordinary Computer genius's and offer them 'work'.
Of course, not every Australian Hacker and Programmer attended the Hackerthon Charity push.
But what this moment in Australian history showed was that ASIO is more than happy to work alongside their fellow Australians in a golden handshake.

Now, Australian Youth are answering the call in more and more numbers! War is upon the world and it won't just be fought in trenches. With the past decade showing how Australia has been 'scammed' of billions in various ways via the Internet and phone. Even ASIO itself was hacked into and disabled to a degree by China in retaliation for some of our SPYS (oh look there's a 'Spy' exhibition on right now! ) being put in the light spying on China. I felt an effect of this by $500, personally.

"I'm a Hacker and the idea of using my gift to help this country, makes me feel like I will have a very interesting life ahead of me. Doing this with my fellow Hackers to meet other such people as us and 'teamwork' our way to success for this country and its people is exciting too." A Hacker stated.

Australia may not have a sizable force of 'Conventional' Military might against China, but 'Computerised' Force - we may surge forward beyond their efforts. That's the 'Plane' Australia should be able to dominate. In a virulent region of the world (Sahul), Australian Systems should be quite immune from  'viruses' but our own. 

Hopefully they are smarter than the boys at DSD were when I attended a computing course with several of them back in the 1990s.  We were issued a challenge - hack into each other's server!  I was the last survivor.  I couldn't get into their servers but they couldn't even find mine!  :lol:
