Thank heavens for the good unions of Australia.   Smiley

Grin Grin

If anything the good unions Australia are merely insuring that these jobs get replaced much faster

If for instance I had a workforce of happy smiling cheerful positive people who were helping me to harvest my crops
I would see them as personal friends and I would be loathe to replace them

If they were noisy complaining whining crybabies
I would immediately head into the local John Deere factory
Purchasing machinery
And giving them their marching orders

I think it's safe to say that the airports which are very innovative
Will have no problems developing an exit strategy for these pests

Behind the shiny facades of our airports lies an appalling reality for airport workers,” TWU National Secretary Michael Kaine said.

“They are kept constantly desperate for more hours and struggle to support their families on low rates.

“Thousands of workers at Swissport/Aerocare have been ripped off their wages for seven years and have even been forced to sleep at airports between grueling split shifts.   Sad

They sound like awful conditions
it is a blessing that these jobs will be replaced buy artificial intelligence and by robotics

The workers will then be free to move on and reinvent themselves learn new skills learn to smile learn to have a firm handshake learn to be contributors and find new career pathways.

It will be challenging but there is no other option
Only a hateful and brutal Union would want these people to continue to suffer in these meaningless jobs
